We're seeking a seasoned Senior Visual Designer to spearhead the creation of compelling digital solutions tailored to meet our Fintech products. In this pivotal role, you'll fuse your creativity with extensive design know-how to craft visually stunning experiences that resonate with our audience.

Beyond your creative flair, we value your deep understanding of design principles, graphic styles, and layout techniques. Equally important is your ability to contribute valuable insights during collaborative brainstorming sessions.

Your role extends beyond just design; you'll take ownership of our Design System, meticulously curating design elements, design patterns, refining reusable components, and establishing guidelines to create consistent and cohesive user experiences and strength’s brand value across digital products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visual designs, from conception to delivery
• Ideate delightful and original visual designs, including illustrations, icons and infographics
• Create designs that generates the WOW factor and emotionally connect with the user
• Able to do peer review’s to ensure high quality
• Generate ideas to convey concepts for our products/services
• Manage and enhance our Design System, implement design patterns, and uphold standards and guidelines for consistency
• Maintain design consistency and cohesiveness across all our products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools and recommend new and enhanced design recommendations

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in creative / visual designs
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to understand a product’s vision, requirements and translate it into unique visual solutions.
• Strong understanding of layout, colors, fonts, iconography, etc.
• Up to date with current technologies and design trends
• Ability to be creative and innovative
• A keen eye for visual details and strong aesthetic skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend designs with stakeholders
• Strong design expertise on various screen sizes
• Expert in using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Motion Graphics
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with Product Management and Engineering partners.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates interaction and visual design experience (from concept generation to use case-definition, from interaction model definition to user flow and design specs).
