Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. You will create compelling content, design materials, and develop marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively. 

 

What we expect from you:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for driving growth and improving retention at Ecom360.

  • Lead product and feature launches, with a focus on engaging with existing and prospective customers to represent their voices.

  • Craft the vision and strategy for the products you manage, including sizing the market and identifying the most suitable customer segments.

  • Gain a deep understanding of relevant customer segments and target audiences to design and implement effective sales strategies to support Ecom360's sales team in reaching their targets.

  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to drive communication across all channels, including email, social media, dashboard notifications, WhatsApp messages, pitch decks, and landing pages.

  • Build and scale partnership funnel for the product to drive deeper penetration in the target market

  • Partner with product teams to define goals and establish key metrics for existing features and new releases.

  • Build automated dashboards and reports, conduct in-depth analyses, and use data to create compelling narratives that facilitate better decision-making.

  • Drive awareness and understanding of essential metrics and experiment results.

  • Monitor the performance of new features and provide recommendations for improvements based on your findings.

 

What will you need? 

  • 3-6 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation, design, and strategy.

  • A strong sense and understanding of the principles of design and UI/UX

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.

  • Proven experience in running SEO-focused programs, driving high impact social media campaigns, and growing organic content channels for a business.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

  • Strong ability to engage and deal with complexity, especially around technology products, including the capacity to understand how best to sell technically sophisticated solutions to different B2B personas

  • The ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally with multiple high-performing teams, particularly in technology-driven companies making complex software solutions for the Indian market

  • Be outcome and result-oriented, enabling you and your team to prioritize possible solutions and work optimally to achieve your and the organization’s goals and targets.
