Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build, foster and grow partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnerships opportunities.
  • Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories.
  • Have complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with strategic partners.
  • Shape product and business by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow.
  • Interface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, brands.
  • Help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the Cashfree product.
  • Deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization

Preferred Qualifications

  •     12-16 years of strategic partnership experience.
  •     Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business
  •     Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands.
  •     Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  •     Is very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives
  •     Experience working in the fintech industry with some knowledge of payment aggregators
  •     Experience in the merchant acquiring business
  •     Understanding of the digital payments landscape in India
  •     Comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industry.
  •     Goal-oriented & thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  •     Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward.
  •     Have excellent organizational and time management skills
